Social Media Management in London

Most brands don't have a content problem. They have a consistency problem.

You post three times in a good week, then nothing for a month because something more urgent came up. The account looks neglected, the algorithm stops showing your work to anyone, and the followers you worked for quietly drift. Meanwhile a competitor with a worse product posts four times a week and owns the conversation.

3E Media & Marketing handles social media management for brands across London — planning it, making it, posting it, and telling you what worked.

What social media management actually covers

Monthly content planning. We agree what's going out before the month starts, built around what you're actually trying to achieve — footfall, enquiries, online sales, a launch. No scrambling for something to post on a Tuesday afternoon.

Content production. Reels, TikToks, short-form video, photography and graphics, made for the platforms your audience already uses. Shot properly, edited properly, formatted for where it's going.

Scheduling and posting. Everything goes out on time, at the times your audience is actually online, with captions and hashtags written to be found.

Community management. Comments answered, DMs replied to, conversations kept alive. The engagement side is where most in-house accounts quietly fail, and it's a large part of why some accounts grow and others stall.

Monthly reporting. What went out, what performed, what we're changing next month. In plain language, not a dashboard screenshot.

Who this works for

Brands who know social matters but don't have anyone whose actual job it is. Hospitality, beauty and aesthetics, fitness, retail and e-commerce, events and venues — businesses where people decide whether to visit or buy based on what they see on a feed.

It works particularly well where the owner is currently doing it themselves. You're closest to the product, which is why your content has personality, and you're also the busiest person in the business, which is why it's inconsistent.

How we work

Three options, and most clients use a combination.

Management only, from £400 a month. You make the content, we run the channels — planning, scheduling, posting, community management and reporting.

Full partnership, from £1,000 a month. We make the content as well. Volume and scope are set to your brand.

Production as you need it, from £500 per half-day. Shoots booked on top, so you only pay for them in the months you use them.

We don't lock you into a package you have to squeeze into. Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll build the right structure around it.

Why 3E

We're a creative agency, not a scheduling service. The people planning your content are the people making it, which means the plan is written by someone who knows what will actually look good — and the content is made by someone who knows what it's for.

Common questions

How much does social media management cost in the UK?

It varies enormously — anywhere from a couple of hundred a month for scheduling only to several thousand for a full content operation. Ours starts at £400 a month for management on content you supply, and £1,000 a month when we make the content too. The number mostly comes down to how much content is being produced and how many platforms it's going to.

How many posts a month should we be doing?

Consistency matters more than volume. Three good pieces a week, every week, will beat a burst of fifteen followed by silence. Our partnerships run from 8 to 30 pieces a month depending on scope.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. We'd rather keep you because the work is good than because you're locked in.

Can you work with content we already have?

Yes — that's exactly what the management-only tier is for. Plenty of brands already shoot good material and just need someone to run the channels properly.

Which platforms do you cover?

Instagram and TikTok are where most of our work happens. We also handle Facebook, and LinkedIn where it makes sense for the business.
